• A technical record used only to prevent automated abuse of our forms. This is a one-way, non-reversible fingerprint of your network address and phone number together with a count of recent submissions. It cannot be turned back into either value, it is not used to identify you, and it is deleted automatically within a few hours.

3. Where Your Booking Information Goes

So that our reception team sees your request immediately, submissions from this website are also delivered to a private clinic staff chat on Telegram, a messaging service operated outside India. Telegram carries the message; it is not our patient records system, and we do not use it for marketing or share it with anyone else. Telegram processes the message under its own privacy policy.

The two forms on this site behave differently, and it is worth knowing which you are using:

• Appointment requests are saved in our own clinic database and, in addition, sent to that chat. The message contains your name, phone number, chosen service, branch, and preferred date and time. Anything you type in the notes box is saved to our database only and is not included in the message.
• Contact enquiries are sent to that chat and are not stored anywhere else at present, so the chat message is the only copy. Please use the appointment form, or call us, for anything you need us to keep a record of.

If you would rather not have your enquiry pass through a messaging service, please call us on +91 730 6233340 or email alhashmihealthcentre@gmail.com instead. Booking by phone gives you exactly the same appointment.
